As soon as I saw the title of the book, I knew this was one that I needed to read.
I’d tried journaling on any number of occasions but I was just hopeless. No matter what was going on at the time, I couldn’t think of a single thing to write about, I mean, what was I supposed to say? I’ve never kept a diary and whenever I read a book that’s in a diary format, they’re just all so eloquent. I’m not.
Journaling is supposed to be so good for you. It’s supposed to get things out of your head and out of your space and allow you to let things go and move forwards.
The problem was, I was hopeless at it.
I’m a big fan of Kat’s, she’s made a massive difference to my life. She’s written more than 50 books and she produces an amazing amount of online courses. She’s one of the cleverest people I’ve ever met and she’s currently making over $400,000 a month with her online business. She puts her success down to three things: commitment, consistency and journaling.
“In “100 Questions” I’m going to show you how you can use the simple power of asking – and answering! – the right questions to guide you on a path of certainty, of confidence, of being guided by your own natural inner wisdom for your life, and ultimately of rapidly and CONSISTENTLY doing what you need to do to create the business, and life, of your greatest hopes and dreams.
If you’re ready to stop second-guessing yourself, to stop worrying about whether what you feel is right or okay, to stop going back on your own commitments and decisions and to just ACT with certainty to produce the RESULTS you desire in your life, and you want to do it all in a way that is simple and can be implemented NOW, then this is the book for you!”
