When we get up in the morning, most of the time, we don’t even think about what’s going to happen in the day ahead. We don’t know, we can’t see the future, so we’ll just deal with it as it happens, right?
When we get out of bed and get on with the day, life happens to us.
What if there’s another way of doing things, one where we don’t get to the end of each day and feel like we’ve achieved very little, like we’ve just done the same old, same old, and we’ll continue to do that right up to the day we die (sorry to be so dramatic, but that’s what went through my head).
